MASS ORDER GENERATOR

The Mass Order Generator (MOG) assists ordering centers with the many internal/external projects that result in GTE initiated orders for both Switched and Special Access Services. MOG automates ASR functions, eliminating manual intervention by ordering associates. MOG also performs the necessary downstream processing to affected provisioning groups, (i.e. Translations, Operations, etc.). MOG has reduced the average processing time per order from 32 minutes to 4 minutes.
